Caroline trained at L’Ecole De Cuisine Francaise in Sussex and has since enjoyed a long and successful career in catering.
For over 20 years, Caroline was the Managing Director of one of London’s most successful event catering companies. Overseeing all aspects of the company’s catering delivery including the creation and delivery of innovative menus and maintaining excellent staffing – the company won a number of industry awards under Caroline’s guidance.
In 2014 Caroline teamed up with business partner, Alan Lucas and founded LucasGardiner, a creative catering and food consultancy company. Bringing a wealth of experience, Caroline prides herself on providing a very bespoke service to suit any brief.
