The mood board of this party was decked with crisp whites and natural tones to reflect the great outdoor setting of this 50th celebration. The setting was in a grand tepee tent in a field in Essex with long wooden tables, chunky benches and fire pits. Fresh white hydrangeas in bell jars sat on white linen runners.
The client’s favourite flavours hail from India, so LucasGardiner were tasked with delivering an Indian menu for the 120 guests. The starter was designed to allow guests to mingle and drink Champagne, with passed around finger bites of onion bhajis, tandoori chicken skewers and mini lettuce wraps with chicken tikka and mint yoghurt.
The seated main included sharing platters of lamb madras, chana masala, broccoli with mango powder and all traditional Indian accompaniments.
